Shipping Policy

 

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Zormot International Inc. offers same day shipping on all our in-stock products when ordered by 2 pm EST. We ship our products to customers domestically and internationally. A shipment notification email is sent to the email provided at checkout to confirm your shipment and will include any applicable tracking information (which provides delivery updates). We are not responsible for mistyped or missing emails, or spam settings that prevent delivery or viewing of our confirmation emails.

We ship Monday through Friday excluding Holidays. Orders will be shipped out the same day if ordered by 2 pm EST. After 2 pm EST orders will be shipped out the next business day. Shipping cost are based on the weight of the product(s), delivery distance and service. Delivery estimate date, based upon the shipping option selected at checkout, is calculated when your order leaves our shipping facility, and not when your order is placed. Your order is deemed delivered based on proof of delivery provided by the shipping carrier. We reserve the right to decide the final shipping method and cost.

The carriers that provide shipping on our website are UPS Ground, UPS Freight, R&L Freight, FEDEX Ground, FEDEX Freight, YRC Freight, and ESTES. If your preferred carrier is not listed contact one of our shipping specialists at 800-459-5422 to place your order.

 

 

DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED PRODUCTS

Contact us directly at 800-459-5422 or email us to initiate a return in this instance. All defect and damage claims must be made within 14 days of delivery.

If damaged upon arrival, you have the right to refuse the order. Call Zormot International at 800-459-5422 between the hours of 8AM – 5PM EST Monday through Friday to report product damaged upon delivery.

 

FREIGHT ORDERS MUST BE INSPECTED BEFORE RECEIVING ANY PRODUCTS SHIPPED ON COMMON CARRIERS. CLAIMS *WILL NOT* BE PAID IF FREIGHT BILL IS SIGNED AS RECEIVED IN GOOD CONDITION.

 

 

SHIPPER ERROR

If an error has been made in shipping and you have received the incorrect product(s), please call 800-459-5422 to initiate a claim. All errors and shortage claims must be made within 14 days of delivery.

*A COPY OF THE PACKING SLIP OR THE CUSTOMER RECEIPT MUST ACCOMPANY ANY AND ALL RETURNS*

*NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT THESE DOCUMENTS *

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 5 – 7 business days of receiving the returned item(s) at our warehouse.

The returned in-stock product is subject to a 10% restocking charge/custom product is subject to a 20% restocking charge and must be returned freight prepaid.
